A representation dated 09th June 2025 was sent to the Director, Government E- marketplace (Gem), New Delhi for revising their bid document by prescribing minimum fees in tender for Tax Audit.
A representation dated 5th June 2025 was sent to the Senior Financial Advisor, Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education & Research, Pondicherry for revising their Expression of interest by removing conflict in tender for Internal audit and preparation of Annual Financial Statements and advising them to issue separate tenders by bifurcating the services and prescribing minimum fees in tender for statutory audit.
A representation dated 05th June 2025 was sent to the Deputy Director, LGB Regional Institute of Mental Health, Tezpur, Assam for revising their Request for quotation by prescribing minimum fees in tender for Statutory Audit.
A representation dated 04th June 2025 was sent to the tender signatory, Manipur Industrial Development Corporation Limited, Imphal for revising their Notice inviting tender by prescribing minimum fees in tender for Statutory Audit.
A representation dated 04th June 2025 was sent to the Project Director, Delhi State Aids Control Society, Rohini, New Delhi for revising their Expression of interest by removing conflict as the work of Statutory and Internal Audit of the same client cannot be given to same Chartered Accountant and advising them to issue two separate tenders by bifurcating the two services.
A representation dated 03rd June 2025 was sent to the Executive Director, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna for revising their Notice inviting quotations by removing conflict as the work of Internal audit and Preparation of annual accounts of the same client cannot be given to same Chartered Accountant firm and advising them to issue two separate tenders by bifurcating the two services.
A representation dated 3rd June 2025 was sent to the Vice Chancellor, I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Punjab for revising their Expression of interest by prescribing minimum fees in tender for Statutory Audit.
A representation dated 3rd June 2025 was sent to the District Magistrate & Chairman, Office of the District Land & Land Reforms Officer, West Bengal for revising their Quotation call notice by clearly specifying that the services solicited in the notice are for Internal audit or Preparation of Trial Balance and Annual Financial Statement or for Statutory audit and prescribing minimum fees in tender if it is for Statutory Audit.
A representation dated 30th May 2025 was sent to the Member Secretary, District Mineral Foundation Trust, Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh for revising their bid document by prescribing minimum fees in tender for Statutory Audit and clearly specify that the services solicited in the bid document are for Statutory audit or Accounting of the books.
A representation dated 30th May 2025 was sent to the Principal, Ujjain Engineering College, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh for revising their E-tender Notice by prescribing minimum fees in tender for Statutory Audit.
